Placed an order today for timber, to be delivered in a couple of days. However, within hours got a text saying they had NONE of the timber in stock and trying to fob me off with an alternative they do have. I ordered what I needed not something close. Consequently, I'm left sourcing alternative timber and am out of pocket until they get around to making a refund on my order. Avoid.
