I was skeptical due to the negative reviews but I've had a great experience. Granit managed to sort me out a great quote, I was worried it was last minute and I won't get it on time but he secured it very quicky. Their delivery is quick and reliable, making the whole process smooth. One of the items was incorrect upon arrival, but Chithruby handled it brilliantly. She resolved the issue quickly and kept me updated throughout, ensuring minimal disruption. The customer service was top-notch, and I really appreciate the effort they put in. Their prices are very reasonable, and the speed of delivery is impressive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality materials at great prices with excellent service!
Materials Market are new to me BUT I can only speak as I find. Initially I spoke with Granit who was excellent in sorting my order, and now today with Chithruby who has been brilliant in sorting out my issues. These people do the Company proud. Such a pleasure in dealing with people who are so helpful.

So far it has been a good experience with this company. They have saved me alot of money on materials. The sales team have been great. Granit is my go too and as always, he does look after me and makes sure deliveries are on time.
Ordered 45 lengths of timber, came on time, nice and early. Really good quality timber, not bent, which was brilliant. Delivery driver was great, put it exactly where I wanted it. Cannot fault the service. Will be using again. Thank you. 👍

Yes the products are good value but a bulk of my order was damaged, mouldy and soaking wet upon arrival. I spent a lot of money with the company and they offered a measly £60 refund even though over half of the items were in an unsellable state. They then offered to replace, when I had stated the work area doesn't have access anymore and I have had to make do with what I have. The customer service operators haven't listened and said the same thing over and over. And now they won't even do the decency and return any of my emails. Ben the Sales Officer Manager reached out to me in the end, nearly 2 weeks ago and has now gone silent. This is not how a customer should be treated. Not impressed at all.
I've used MM several times now. Are they perfect? No. So why have I given them 5 stars? Because they are amongst the best at what they do and that is worth 5 stars to me. As a DIY'er, I do not have access to the trade prices / deals that the professionals have and that's fair enough. What MM does is to work as a market aggregator and aim to provide DIY'ers like myself with something approaching trade pricing. Do the have the range of the main trade suppliers? No - but they do usually have one or two stock lines that get you where you need to be. Have I been offered alternatives to what I've seen and ordered on the web-site? Yes - but it always at my discretion and, for me, it's always worked out OK. Has a delivery ever been delayed - yes. The one I received this morning would *ideally* have arrived a few days ago. That's life! If it's that critical then order as far ahead of time as is practicable. I find MM a great resource to have up my sleeve and I'd say that on a build where I have c. £5k materials spend on getting the main structure up and watertight (excluding doors / windows), I'll probably save about 15-20% using MM. One last thing is that I find MM's communications are very good. I've found Akshita is particularly good at providing updates to orders and has always responded promptly when I have had to query something. Given what they do and looked at from my perspective, this is a 5 star company.

Excellent service, great communication from Sumaya Kainat and colleagues also cheapest I could find for the materials. This is the second time I have used materials market and would definitely recommend them.

Came across Materials Market when researching for a one stop shop material supplier to help me with a DIY project. Not best price for everything I required, but the best for the majority plus free delivery! One item missing from the delivery, was delivered this morning after my email pointing out the omission sent on Saturday.
