Bit disappointed pay a lot for delivery to kerb side then plasterboard edges all damaged lot better companies out there
Great communication and quickly swapped out a product when they had to. Only downside was the delivery driver was on their own and needed help to move things. If I hadn't been there they wouldn't have been able to deliver

I ordered 20 sheets of 100mm insulation. The order arrived with 5 of the 20 sheets damaged. I said to the driver he should take the damaged sheets back with him and he said he could not unpack the delivery as they they were shrink wrapped in packs of 4 and i should take photo's and report the damage. I reported this and was told i needed to take all the sheets out of my garage, unpshould unpack and repack themack and remove the damaged sheets and put the undamaged ones back into the garage. I said that they should replace the damaged sheets and they should pack and unpack these which they refused to do. I have asked barclaycard to claim the money paid as I had a dispute with them. Materials Market do not hold stock they just put out the order for people to supply at the lowest price with optimum profit for them. I will never use them again. The slightly cheaper price is not worth the time you spend trying to sort out their problems which has still not been resolved. I think the only way for this to be resolved is via the county court.
