Although fast at delivery unfortunately items on there are alot more expensive. I noticed one of their items is being charged more than the actual RRP of the owner brand Karcha. It's not exactly wholesale and it doesn't save you money on alot. I do buy from them but have to pick very carefully so not to being paying over the brands own RRP.
The items I bought were all good and came on time. There was no problem with the purchase. The bad thing is your private policy; I did not tick the box on your website when creating the account to receive the newsletter, updates, and sales marketing emails. Unfortunately, your system is spamming us with all these.
We had two delivery errors which has totally messed up our installation process and wasted several days of our time. The excuse that it is because of the actions of their sister company Rapid Racking is an abrogation of Manutan’s responsibilities. Why do they have two companies?
