we received from my cousin gail fellows 3 2bl lobsters and 6 ears of corn/ and we ate two of the lobsters me and my wife/ and took the last on apart and going to have lobster rolls some time this week it was the best lobsters I have had in a long time very tasty and the corn was excellent/ the whole me rated from 1 to 10 was a 10 1/2 / great meal and great service getting it here in florida while they were still alive// great company you have up there/

From the excellent customer service when I first called to the prompt delivery of the live lobsters we say thank you and Merry Christmas. I definitely knocked it out of the park this Christmas Eve with the delivery of live lobsters! Will definitely be doing this again and hopefully it is a new family decadent tradition .

I have ordered for the past 4 years from lobster now. They were amazing. I always order 4 / 3 pound lobsters for Xmas eve for my sons birthday on Xmas, never minding the extra for next day air and holiday delivery. I placed my order on the 20’th to arrive the 24’th. I called at 12:30 eastern time to find out tracking # and was then told that I was not going to receive my order because they overbooked with fed ex. I was furious and asked why I wasn’t called sooner. They said they were doing it this morning . I never received a call or text. I feel their blatant disregard for the situation I was put in was shocking. Now we have to make other plans 6 hours before dinner. I am done with lobster Now and will give lobster guy a chance

First delivery was wrong order, second delivery was not delivered on day you said it would be. You did give us a few extra tails but overall was disappointing

Ordered 5 lobsters. Unfortunately 3 arrived dead. Very disappointing.

I purchased six. One came broken in half and three others were damaged.

Fresh, fresh,fresh!!!!! Everything I ordered was as it was advertized. High quality, easy to order, not ever calling anyone else for seafood!

All reports are that everything was delicious and fresh. The only catch was that one lobster arrived dead. We suspect he was killed by the others in a jealous rage.

Found a good price for lobster tails with free shipping. Easy to order and these beautiful large tails arrived the next day packed in dry ice. The frozen tails looked great and we can't wait to enjoy them for Christmas. Hope to order again soon as the prices are excellent and the service is FANTASTIC.
