Easy website to order from. Nice choice of seafood. I sent my brother in North Carolina some scallops and haddock. He got it within 24 hours, nicely packed and has already enjoyed the scallops and a pound of haddock.

Great Christmas Day dinner addition. Steak and Lobster. A great tradition.

Great, fresh lobster. Fast shipping. Only downside was the $25 holiday surcharge, which was a bit steep.

I ordered two 10 ounce lobster tails and clam chowder on Dec. 13, 2019. It was for a friend in Pennsylvania. I talked to their daughter today, and they never receiver the order. My VISA was charged on Dec.13 for 108.12. I called today and found out there was a problem in your system and the product was never sent!!! Yet my card was charged! Do you always treat your customers this way? If so, I shall let Facebook and the Better Business Bureau know! I f I hadn't talked to their daughter, I would have been cheated out of 108.12, and my dear friend would never know I ordered it!

I have tried 4 of the chowders so far, they are AWESOME.

I ordered from these folks for Christmas dinner for a few friends. The items I ordered had defrosted and leaked into the other foods. My comment concerns their effort to make good was very disappointing. They are suspicious of everyone's claim and argue with the customer to what they shipped verses what is received. Not an enjoyable experience especially for the price one pays. Don't argue with the customer!

There were issues with delivery, but, the gentlemen who answered my call handled everything expertly and then waived the additional charges. The product that was shipped to my people was loved and I loved the customer service. They will be my preferred vendor for here on!!

AWESOME! This is a great crew providing this service. I ordered 4 live lobsters with all the tools and gadgets to be delivered to a location I was traveling to for Christmas. It was a little nerve racking as we didn't have much of a back up plan if the lobsters didn't show or services were not as advertised. I can tell you my experience from ease of ordering through final delivery were top notch. Communications from MLN were swift and complete and the follow through was perfect. I actually had to change ship to locations after I made the initial order...adding another variable into this equation gave me even less confidence, but everything I ordered showed up on Christmas Eve and we had a blast participating in the experience as a result. The one thing that wasn't perfect, was that one of the lobsters arrived and was no longer living. As a result, we couldn't cook that one...but the size and health of the remainder were such that we didn't have to supplement our meal in any way. That speaks volumes to MLN's truth in advertising. The lobsters were all the same size and besides the one, were in perfect condition and packed effectively. I can't tell you how many flights I've been on as a passenger in today's commercial airliners where I thought I might expire. The fact that it all went off without a hitch to me is pretty outstanding. MLN is also pretty clear about their policy on expired lobsters that are delivered and I've reached out with a picture. I just want to say that this is a company that delivered in a big way for me. I have already spread the word among friends and family. This is a cool thing to do outside the typical turkey and 25 sides and provides an experience that is as much fun as it is delicious! Thanks MLN!!!

Arrived on time and they exceeded expectations! The lobsters were alive and beautiful and the Jonah crab claws tasted so close to Stone crab claws i couldn’t tell the difference. I will definitely order again.

I believe this is the 3rd or 4th time I have ordered the lobster rolls for my son-in-law. He told me that this last order that he received on Christmas Eve 2019, had significantly less lobster than in the past orders. Disappointed, because he said that your lobster is the best he has ever eaten. We will order again, but just wanted to let you know that this last order was subpar to previous orders.

Very pleased with my experience. I made an error in placing order and the ship to address was the same as billing. As soon as I noticed and called, customer service corrected immediately. My family from out of state enjoyed their lobsters and steamers immensely! I will definitely order again from Maine Lobster Now.

The lobsters arrived on time as promised. Unfortunately one of the 4 lobsters expired upon arrival. It was still good to cook. Maine Lobster graciously issued a credit for the lobster. I would order from them again.

I bought 5 lbs of steamers. Half of the were either broken on cracked. 2 of the lobsters were mush after they were cooked. Never had this problem hope I never do again

Great experience, front to back! Product was top-shelf, delivered as promised. Made our traditional Christmas Eve lobster bisque accompanied by baked haddock and everything came out perfectly. We will definitely use them again and recommend to our friends!
