I truly like this company. I had a delivery where almost everything was wet and not packaged well. I had to throw much of it away. I live in Mass and I can get fresh seafood anytime. Their customer service is excellent. They sent me a coupon. I sent the coupon to my brother in Florida. They ordered and loved it! I would love to reorder for myself but...….

The lobsters, clams and chowder was out of this world. The lobsters tasted just like they did when I lived up there in Maine. I have been very satisfied with the food that I ordered but the last time I ordered crab legs and they just shipped them in the box, no bag for them, nothing to store them in. I had to wrap them in foil to put in the freezer and I don't like doing that because the foil is hard to keep around the crab legs, the pieces I put in a zip lock bag but couldn't do that with the whole leg. I was disappointed in this but other than that the food is delicious

ordered 5 lbs of Giant Red King Crab legs, $250.00 and just received a call from Winston, they have a shortage and ran out for my order, So I called back and spoke with Mike, who took the time to explain the situation, I was able to wait a extra day for the correct size and Mike offered me a instant coupon for the inconvenience. Awesome decision and excellent Customer Service for turning a potential bad situation into a positive. Thank You Mike for your quick thinking making the situation good for both parties. It always nice to deal with a Company that understands a Customers needs and wants and still does not have to give away the farm.

ORDERD SNOW CRAB VERY DISAPOINTED THE CLUSTERS WERE MISSING ALL THE LARGE LEGS, ONLY GOT THE REJECTED PARTS WHEN THE CO. SAID YOU GET TWO CLUSTERS WHY ARE THEY ONLY PIECES OF A CLUSTER, WHAT HAPPEN TO LARGER LEGS? NO RESPONSE FROM MAINE LOBSTER .DAVID

Ordered some crab legs for thanksgiving to replace the turkey. Ordered a few smaller things as well. Surely enough I only received my smaller items and no crab legs. So now I’ve got no star for my thanksgiving table. Looks like My meal will consist of just sides. Very disappointed.

Two orders so far and very happy. The steamers are to die for. Had an issue with one lobster which — while alive when received — had mushy claw meat. Sent a picture and promptly received a credit. Looking forward to my next order.

When I opened the package it was well protected and intact. The Lobster was better than I had expected. The meat was in large chunks and very moist. I will be visiting again. Thank You for your quality.

You get what you pay for folks! Tired of store bought nasty lobster, that smells and taste dead even though it is? I ordered ten of these tails for dinner and they were awesome! They were frozen but tasted pretty fresh, I'm excited to try the live lobster next time. I will order again soon, excellent service and delivery.

Lobsters arrived alive and had the great Maine flavor. Pachaging and cooking inzdx tructions were great!! Can't wait to order again.

Great experience with ordering my first fresh seafood order. Had a bit of quirk trying to order online but actually more comfortable ordering by person to get my order right. I was given very helpful advice on what to order and serving size for a dinner party of six. My husband is a chef and we extremely enjoyed the mussels, steamer clams, shrimp, crab claws and lobster meat. We made a wonderful spiced cream base with all the above and you couldn’t find 6 happier people on the planet. Our first experience cooking with fresh seafood, all of us “inlanders”, but won’t be our last! Thank you for great customer service and fantastic product! Shipping was on time as well as fast. Looking forward to our special cooking events in the future!

I bought a gift certificate for lobster and donated for an auction. My friend bought it and we got to help eat it! We tried steaming it but we didn't steam it long enough and needed a little more time. I will boil next time! We have used this company several times and their customer service is very good! They provide a quality product and is priced accordingly. Our recent order left Portland at 5:00PM EST on Monday and arrived at our door step at 10:15AM PST on Tuesday. WOW ! Fresh Lobster that evening for dinner. Our third such experience with more to come.

My order arrived on time like they said it would they had my order package nice in a crate inside a box I open the crate and I had five bags of lobster claw and they had them in thin plastic bags I begin to take them out of the crate(white box) I took them out to place them in the freezer and the bag they had them in were so thin lobster claw went everywhere all over the floor. Lobster claws has pointy hands and should be in a thick plastic bag are a net😳😡
