Live in Texas, Ordered Christmas dinner for eight. 8 X 1.5 lb lobsters (smallest 1.5 i've ever seen), 20 lbs of steamed clams......Only 6 lobsters arrived, 1 dead. Although MLN credited my account, it really sucked. In addition, at least 2.5 -3 lbs of steamers were smashed, crushed. MLN said this breakage was common and gave me no credit for those @ ($9.99Lb.). Overall, the meal was satisfactory. Although I got somewhat free shipping, I still wasted bucks for bad merchandise, and it really messed up our family Christmas dinner. Make sure you understand what you're getting. Free shipping isn't everything its cracked up to be.
Best lobsters at home ever. At first I was concerned about the shipping costs but price of lobsters per pound, over ride the sipping cost. I did check out the other places but price was very high. Not just price of lobsters but the shipping cost. So I will definitely buy lobsters from this company again.
I ordered the crab cakes, lobster mac and cheese and an amazing blueberry pie which we had for Christmas dinner. Fantastic phone order service and delivery exactly on time from Maine to Palm Springs. Will order again.

Great service. Ordered 5 live lobsters and a dozen oysters. Shipped from Maine on the 23rd of December and at my door in South Dakota at noon on the 24th of December.

I ordered this a couple of days before Christmas, it arrived Dec 24 , kept cool in refrigerated package. Inside was pre cooked lobster meat, 2 lbs, so very good, all we did was dip it in boiling water for 50 seconds, ready and perfect, thanks guys
It was reassuring that the frozen lobster meat and tails arrived as promised and that it was well packaged. What was shocking was the texture of the meat we cooked one night and tails the next night were so delicious and perfect! My wife and I had one dinner on Sunday and the other on Christmas Day dinner. Very honest company! We ordered 4 lobsters and cooked them the next day--- which is NOT recommended (at least one was moving a lot)....after cooking them, one of the lobsters was spoiled and couldn't be eaten---also didn't get the seaweed ordered. BUT the company was VERY nice about it and refunded easily the $ for the one lobster and the seaweed which didn't get included. Still and all, we REALLY looked forward to this and we had a WONDERFUL Christmas dinner celebration! Feasted on them and LOVED IT. Thank you and I will buy again from this company FOR SURE!

Excellent company to deal with! I ordered 5 pounds of steamer clams, 3 pounds of crab and 2 three pound lobsters. Everything was delivered on time with superior packaging, food was fresh, ice cold with ice packs still partially frozen, they even included seaweed! We ordered U-8 scallops for Christmas dinner. They arrived beautifully packaged and the quality was as amazing. Seared and finished with citrus and white wine. Awesome! Can’t wait to order Lobsters next.

My first and recent order was great. I placed my order with an error, I got a call from customer almost an hour later telling me about error. It took me by surprise as to how efficient the rep was in guiding me through the correction. My order arrived the next morning before noon, everything was well packed. Then lobster meat, crabmeat and scallops was fresh and tasty. I am looking forward to ordering from Maine Lobster Now. Excellent customer service and product.

My order was for a Christmas Eve delivery and paid an extra $25 for holiday shipping. The order included 2 lobsters, 2 lbs of steamers, lobster bisque and 1 lb of potatoes. Both lobsters were dead, half the steamers were smashed, the frozen bisque was totally thawed out and warm, and the potatoes also did not look too fresh. I sent photos to Maine Lobster Now, as they requested, and hope they will make amends since I paid for the insurance. Ended up eating Chinese. I have NEVER had any problems like this before and have highly recommended the company to friends and family. Very, very disappointed.
