First time ordering. We live in Missouri, so quality seafood is not easy to find. One of the local seafood shops gave me the recommendation. The crab claws were delicious, tuna perfect quality for tartare, and lobster tails fabulous. Delicious + Delivered to Door =‘s Will order again..!!

Received the frozen (as requested) pound of lobster on Friday December 20 and put in freezer. Took out and put in refrigerator to thaw on December 23 and took out for dinner on December 24. This supplemented our beef tenderloin, potato and salad for four people. I took two bites and it was not good, i.e., very chewy (tough) and almost no taste. The other three people said it was bad, especially my wife who is a lobster fan. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.

I am reviewing the frozen lobster meat I purchased a couple months ago. While the taste was fine and it arrived frozen and in good shape, in my opinion, other than the claw meat, it was a bit tough or at least chewy. It certainly was not "melt in your mouth". My understanding is that it was cooked by the company and then frozen. I think the company over cooked it; as I only thawed it out and then warmed/broiled it for less than two minutes.

Lobsters were delicious and exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt I will be using this site again. Delivery time was as promised. The whole experience put a smile on my face during a Christmas season that can sometimes be very hectic.

We placed our first order ever for this Christmas. We live in the Midwest and were unable to get to Maine last summer where we have many relatives and grew up on Maine lobster. We ordered lobster meat to arrive the day before Christmas and it arrived it perfect condition and right on time. The meat was delicious, fresh and sweet. Next time we will order live lobsters. Due to schedules there was no day we could order them and prepare them the same day. You can trust this company and we will order again soon!

We are a first time customer so we really had no idea what the seafood would be like, it was exceptional and we will definitely be ordering again.

I bought the 10lbs of king crab for Christmas dinner, couldn’t be happier. Great customer service, shipping and product. Premium service and product.

The folks at Maine Lobster couldn’t be nicer when it came to customer service over the phone. With that said - they also have zero control over the delivery process once the product leaves their facility. We anticipated delivery prior to 12pm and Unfortunately it didn’t arrive until around 4pm. 2 of the 5 lobsters had definitely seen better days. Proceed with caution if you are working with a set timeline.

The seafood was absolutely fantastic and arrived on time for a fantastic Christmas Eve Dinner!!

I grew up in Maine and now live in Oregon and enjoy a throwback family lobster feed for special occasions. I have bought from Maine Lobster Now for years. Unfortunately one of my lobsters this Christmas had black sores on the claws and only the tail meat was edible.

Everything arrived on time and was packaged perfectly.

Excellent , had it re sent do to recent storm on east coast. They were so efficient and helpfully. Can’t wait to reorder again

I have ordered live lobster for several years and was always happy, not so much this time. Three out of four lobsters were dead and disgusting. We cooked them on the day we received them to find only one was editable. Not happy this time at all. Unless they do something about this I will never order again. We shall see.
