We decided to do a different Christmas celebration and ordered lobsters from this company. We couldn’t have asked for any better service. The lobsters arrived on time and were delicious. My family decided that this is a new family tradition

quite a few of the chowders I ordered were not packaged in a box as they always are packaged.Also,the bags were not completely sealed. When I started to cook them the contents leaked and I had to discard them

We ordered live lobster for a surprise party in honor of our daughter, receiving her Masters Degree. She has always wanted to crack into a lobster. We knew nothing about how to cook lobster. Thanks to Maine Lobster Now, this entire experience was so easy and exciting. We ordered 6, 1.75 lb. live lobsters and 1 lb. of lobster meat. The instructions to boil the lobster were easy to follow, the lobster was wonderful, everything arrived just as expected. I highly recommend this company and most definitely will be ordering again!

Maine Lobster Now made our Christmas Eve One for the books! Our 2-pound live lobsters 🦞🦞🦞 arrived on the 24th alive and well. We had never cooked live lobsters before but followed the laminated directions that were included. We bought a lobster pot, crackers, snipper shearers, and claw forks. What fun we had! The lobsters were perfectly cooked and beyond delicious 😋! We decided then and there that this is now our new Christmas Eve tradition. Kudos for making our holiday memorable.

Did not ship product nor inform me they were not going to ship product. Poor service and apparently do not care that they gave poor service.

We just finished devouring 2 21/2 lb. lobsters.The weights were exact, the lobsters were very much alive. The taste was outstanding. A great feature is the handy cooking pamphlet the came with the lobsters. When it comes time to have shell fish again I'm definitely contacting Maine Lobster Now.

Beware, during the holidays they add a quiet $25 “Holiday Surcharge” at the end of the order due to high demand. Additionally the phone recording indicates if you’re on hold more than 3 minutes to ask for a $10 discount on your order. After holding over 20 minutes, was denied the $10 discount because of the holiday peak season and after providing all my information and credit card info was told oh by the way there’s an additional holiday surcharge just before confirming the order. When I questioned this, was told “that’s the price, do you want it or not”? Overall, beware of the tricky pricing scheme here with this company and recommend ordering elsewhere. Getting taken advantage of at Christmas by a company just looking to pocket a holiday surcharge is terrible, would NOT recommend ordering from them!

Everything we expected. They were great! I made a Ritz/crabmeat stuffing for the crustaceans. I could have sworn that I ordered a lobster bisque as well, but did not get it.

Great customer service but I did get some junky pieces. I spent over 200 dollar I was expecting better quality king crab parts.

I tried your product after other seafood merchants wouldn't deliver to a rural address in Nebraska. So glad I found you. Product was excellent and delivery right on time.

Really no stars, wrote review Lobster not now on 12/24/19. No one cares from company. Sticking with what I already had written. Never received Lobsters, they could care less. Lost a customer, giving LoBSTER GUY my business.in future.

Lobsters were great. I ordered 6 2-pounders and they were all at least that big! Rating would be a 5 except that the website became a challenge. It had been updated and looked great, but the ordering process wasn’t. I’ve ordered from here before but i couldn’t get signed on. And i couldn’t reset my password. Vicious circle. So i thought i could just load my cart without signing on but it kept emptying my cart. Honestly, i felt lucky when I got an email reviewing and accepting my order. Made worse because I needed it Christmas Eve. There had been weather FedEx had to deal with so my order didn’t arrive until 9:00 pm. Whew! What a relief! Delicious! My guests had no idea the surprising success the dinner became. They all raved - Wonderful!

Couldn’t be more disappointed in this company. To receive a call the day the product was expected to arrive and be told “we ran out of time and missed the Fed ex shipment”, is unacceptable. I’m also not believing some of these posted reviews from supposed customers....I think they are review bait to get you to purchase.

Excellent response by customer service by phone and email. On time shipping and products fresh and well packaged. Would highly recommend

From start to finish,Top notch service. Started with a phone call explaining to me the type of delivery needed for crab legs and fresh fish. Shipped over night and first thing in the AM I had it. The colossal king crab legs are AMAZING! Show Stopper!! The fresh haddock was the freshest I ever had!! The shrimp corn chowder is wonderful!! It put my Christmas diner on the all time best List!! I will tell everyone about this company and will Always order from here again. Thank you very much for everything you provide and prompt courteous service!!!

The crab meat was awesome as was the crab cocktail. We did not care for the crab cakes or the chowder:-)
