We required packing boxes urgently. We rang and spoke to Lisa in customer services who was most helpful. She helped us with processing our order. She was polite, cheery and went that extra mile to provide a professional service. I think due to that I would definitely recommend Macfarlane Packaging.
Three boxes arrived with my order in one was damaged so boxes were also don't expect this when the order was over £100 and paid extra for next day delivery

I would have given a rating of 5 stars for their help and very good service but the delivery service (Yodel) did not turn up until 8.45pm which was not appreciated at all
Take more care when putting order together. I have had quite alot of inconvenience sorting this out. The replacement delivery has been provided quickly ( thanks for this) but it would have been far better to take more care in delivering the correct goods in the first place. Please ensure that the goods which are to be returned are collected as requested on 17th March.

Ordered one day at dinnertime and it was delivered the next day. I was really surprised as I wasn't expecting it for 3 days at least really pleased with the products I bought. Will buy again
Three boxes arrived first, all three had holes so the foam pellets were pouring out. The fourth box arrived a day later, and I still have not received the cardboard.
