We are in the process of packing up hundreds of books in prep before moving. The boxes are sturdy and a great size for lifting. I will be ordering more at a later date. I will go for the free tape ect and won't hesitate to use Mcfarlanes again. Great delivery within 2 days fab!!!

You place an order and get it delivered as and when they have it in stock, with no communication as to when you will get the boxes you need the most. Every time we have to phone and ask when we are getting delivery of the rest. Still waiting for boxes ordered 10 days ago. When you phone customer services they take your order no and then ask to phone you back. Got a letter to tell us they have increased their prices and when I asked my sales rep to contact me to let me know by how much, no communication at all. Eventually told when chasing up my last order my prices are going up 10% just like that. No concept of customer service or wanting to keep their customers happy. It's like they really don't want to sell you their boxes. Website is really slow which is not acceptable nowadays, and takes your order when they obviously dont have the products in stock, they have invested as little time in their website as their sales staff.

Very disappointed with UK Mail the delivery company. Lack of communication from them as to failed delivery due to package going to wrong delivery depot. Next day delivery turned out to be 3 days. Happy with communication and product from Macfarlane Packaging and refund of delivery charge, Would use again.

The staff are amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They never stop trying to get you the best product for the best price and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. Prices rise, that's the truth, but Macfarlane's don't take advantage of that.
