The packaging I ordered is perfect for the job. However I did email a query prior to ordering - no response so I called and got the answer. I then ordered and received my goods. Two days later I received a reply to my email!

Simple, easy to order, but several of the box lids I ordered had been glued wrong, so have had to disassemble and reglue myself - Order was too small to bother returning them

The company employs very kind and competent customer advisers, but the delivery system is very disappointing. I appreciate that courier services can be overwhelmed over the Festive Season, but when you need a product because you are moving and you need to pack your stuff, there is no justification for an unreliable delivery service who cannot honour even the request made by a disabled customer.
