really fast delivery - helpful good prices as well- will be sticking with them...also have the natural alternatives to plastic bubble wrap and encouraging their customers to move away from plastic whihc is great !!

I was looking for a sturdy box to send a large, unframed painting overseas. This was my first substantial sale abroad and at first it looked as if I would spend most of my earnings on getting a good package for it. So I opted to make it myself with the large telescopic flat box from Macfarlane which I reinforced with additional fibreboard. The Solidboard Edge Protection Strips were reassuringly strong for my fragile parcel. Pleased with the product.

Packaging ordered on 21/03 paid for next day delivery. First part of order (bubble wrap) delivered 22/03. Second part of order (double wall vari-depth boxes) delivered Saturday morning 24/03 left leaning against front door as we were out. Due to this delay we were unable to send an export shipment as promised to our overseas customer. This is the second time an order has been delivered over two separate days. The last time this happened the second delivery was received at 7pm.
only got one of nine items ordered on first delivery no notification re delivery luckily we were in at time ,no info at time re rest of order as package signage said one of one . on second delivery tracking didn't work properly so again lucky someone was in at that precise moment finally customer service was excellent pity despatch wasn't the same.

Yodel have not tried to deliver, but claim they have. Their online help chat is useless. You should seriously consider a different delivery service.
GREAT PRODUCT, CRAP COURIERS. THIS IS THE SECOND OCCASION I'VE HAD TO CANCEL MY 'NEXT DAY' (extra £9.99) ORDER FROM MaCFARLANES BECAUSE TOTALLY MESSED ABOUT WITH DELIVERY COMPANY YODEL. WILL NOT WASTE MY TIME WITH MACFARLANES ANYMORE STOP USING YODEL!!!!

The only reason not 5 stars is that delivery took a day or two longer than some other companies but otherwise excellent. These guys had the exact size double wall boxes I was after for Myroo Skincare so I'm sure I will be re-ordering.
all went well - plenty of boxes in the 3-4 bedroom back, nice tape dispenser. Wouldn't want to overload boxes as not overly robust but it means you don't risk not being able to lift them!
