I paid for next day delivery, but the courier dumped my order at the wrong delivery address, luckily I tracked it down the following day, only to find that only half of my order had been dispatched. It took several calls to locate the rest of the order, when I was informed that the warehouse had made a mistake and only dispatched half of what I had ordered and paid for.
