Delivery date past and it wasnt until contacting customer services that my order was despatched. Customer services advised that I would get a refund of the postage costs but 2 weeks later I'm still waiting so not holding my breath. Other than that product OK. Update: Refund given and customer services have been in touch apologising - so customer service is very good!

Excellent service - The bespoke cardboard box that we ordered from Macfarlane Packaging was at a very reasonable price and it arrived quickly in folded form. It was also well protected for transit and when assembled it was the correct internal dimensions as specified on the order. We were very satisfied with their bespoke service and can highly recommended them.

It would be helpful if the descriptions of tissue paper gave more clarity. I ordered 'machine glazed white tissue' which is not really as white or crisp as i would have liked. I would have ordered a more expensive kind if I could have understood the difference on line. Otherwise very helpful, quick, efficient, economical and eager to get things right.

Delivery man arrived tutting because there was a slight (3cm) step into doorways - needed assistant holding the door, breathing heavily as if it was too much trouble. When He went I then noticed only half my order had been delivered. I would have given 1 star had it not been for the helpful lady at Macfarlane when I rang to complain - I am apparently going to receive my other port of the order today ( exc weekend 2 days later)

Always a great service
I ordered our usual products from the website and paid for next day delivery, as we were running low and needed some urgently. We do not normally have any problems and we usually get good service. On this occasion, we did not receive our products the next day. I thought I would wait one more day, just in case I had missed the next day delivery cut off - still no delivery. I decided to check the status of our delivery online and it was still being processed. I spoke to someone through the Online Chat service, who advised that they were out of stock and had to ship some in from another warehouse. Unfortunately, at this point, I did not receive an apology. I explained that I had paid for next day delivery and it would've been nice to receive an email, or phone call to explain this. I finally got an apology and a refund of my postage costs. As I mentioned above, we normally have good service, but on this occasion, were really let down and it took almost a week to arrive.
