My order went slightly wrong but Hannah very quickly managed to get things sorted out and found a solution. Without her input our company would be facing a backlog over the holiday period but we are now firmly back on track thanks to her efforts and input. Staff were very helpful in getting my online account restarted, which was great. The only very minor wrinkle was that it seemed to take 48hrs to process my online order, but everything still arrived in plenty of time and great quality as always!
Quick delivery, however packaging not quite what I thought I had ordered but will be ok for the purpose needed for.

Great Customer Service. After ordering a product that was then communicated as out of stock they offered me numerous alternatives and because the order was urgent got them sent out the next day. Delivery was prompt and communicated well and the packaging is great quality. Will definitely use again!
