Sales person I spoke to was good but didn't get any of the packing tape I ordered and Flo pak was half the size we previously had but the price hadn't changed- not good. FOLLOWING UP from your reply today. It's a lie to say I have not shopped with Macfarlane before - I have and my Directors previous did too, in fact, for many more years than I care to think about. I've emailed you back - I had issues previously, and thought I would give you a go again to see if things work out - they haven't so no need for us to work together going forward. I trust now, this brings this communication to an end.

The products they sell are good, however admin is lacking I made an order online for 3 items, tape, packing boxes and small pouches, they some how they added 5 packs of bubble wrap, which I assume was misread from a previous order. I simply couldn't be bothered to send it back

Paid extra for next day delivery but they were a day late Supposed to be double thickness but they are not as sturdy as expected very disappointed .
