I had a bit problem with Macfarlane. They were out of stock with one line of my order. They were too slow to rectify it. But i was contacted by mr. Selby and he solved the issue in few minutes. Over all reasonable experience.

Product delivered very promptly and in perfect condition. Very helpful taking telephone order.

Very unhappy with their service this time. Item took over 10 days to arrive. When I queried the delay I was promised a call back but no one called me back. Item finally arrived but it was damaged and ripped !!

Up to know you have been fine, but last order (my biggest on a sensibly increasing trend) was accepted and stated next day delivery. Next day you called me to ask for payment as your system would not imcrease my credit limit! THE ORDET WAS WAS LESS THAN £300 QUID! Which is trivial.You set your own terms which is fiine but dont aggree to deliver and then change your mind.The result was that wd let a customer down his delivery had to be a dsy later than we promised.

Staff are always helpful and orders arrive promptly. Was a bit miffed this time to find out that my go-to postal box is no longer stocked and, although the member of staff was very helpful in finding an alternative, was disappointed to find that the item is 50% more expensive, a cost that I will reluctantly have to pass on to my customers.

I paid for a next day delivery & it didn’t arrive. Someone was going to contact me regarding a credit on the delivery & I still haven’t heard anything.

Our first order was a complete mess. After order is placed. The delivery is split for some reason without prioir intimation, which is acceptable considering the stock are in different location. We receive the first delivery in a couple of days. We receive a call 3 days later that they could not deliver as the entrance to our site was blocked. We receive deliveries all the time without any issues. Customer service asks for £100 as redelivery charges in a smaller vehicle. I assure them we can pick up the delivery even if it is not close to our location. The driver turns up a week later, parks his vehicle outside on the road at the entrance of our business park and calls for collection. The road is open without any obstacles but he refuses to bulge and asks the staff for £100 for delivery inside the business premises. We have to offload our goods outside and bring it in. Rude is the word fitting the customer service, very rude indeed. Happy to never again place an order with you. That way, we are happy and you are happy too.

paid for next day delivery , items took a week to arrive and some damaged. 3 weeks on still not been recompensed or items replaced !

Paid extra for a next day service but took 2 days to arrive. I was not informed it would be late so only found out when it was too late to cancel the delivery I had booked in the following day. When I complained instead of being credited for the additional delivery charge I was given "points" to claim against my next order.
