Good value for money and good communication regarding delivery.

Placing order online was fine. Was later told only 5 of my 6 items were in stock and would I like refund or credit to account. Chose refund as was on MD's credit card, then received an invoice for out of stock item. Rang your customer services who looked at my account and explained invoice was actually a credit note which was not made clear on paperwork.

What a bunch of idiots. Offered to buy boxes in bulk so given a price by a trainee who was in talks with manager we agreed on. Sent emails, no response. Spoke to another agent who also agreed the price. still nothing sorted on my account. Spoke to a 3rd person, again trainee who again back to manager who said they cant do that price and also they wont price match eBay despite their big price match guarantee so basically wasted 7 days of my time messing around back and forth. I spent around 25k a year on boxes, now for somebody else to have

Had a little trouble using the website, otherwise all very good

Placed a order Thursday morning and paid £10 next day delivery. We had no confirmation email or anything so rang them Friday morning to double check, They told me it was out of stock till that morning so would be dispatched on Monday. I had over 60 orders to be posted on Friday. We had no information about this so would not have told us unless I rang. I asked them to get it dispatched that day as on the website it says order before 3pm for next day delivery. This was 12.30pm and they told me they can'y cause they had already had there collection and they don't delivery on Saturdays. Eventually there sorted it out but when it turns up its full of advertising for them all over the boxes. On the site where you order the picture is of blank boxes. I have paid over £60 for shocking customer service and then to adviser for them for free. Do not use this company, I never leave bad reviews but this is shocking |!!!

I needed paper for packing and this companies prices were reasonable when comparing to others. I ordered at 5pm which was 2 hours past the deadline for next day delivery but 3 days was just too long to wait so paid for next day delivery. Arrived well packed.

High quality packaging for my high end ecommerce store. Whatever issues/requests I have they have a fast response which is brilliant. Only downside is, twice when I have ordered they have been out of stock. The wait time was 2 weeks on both occasions and I can’t really afford to wait that long.

Not all of out order was sent and the quality of tape was so poor and this is not usually the case so I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt. I contact the help online and explained everything i was then told i would receive communication from their customer services team to deal with this further. I then get an email showing me proof of delivery and that was it!!!! had to go back again and state i dont need POD i need all of our order and new higher quality tape to be sent out! After writing my original review above, Macfarlane turned it around and got it sorted - so cant fault the end result. Thank you
