I paid £9.99 for next day delivery for two boxes of film fronted paper bags, needed for a charity event. I only received one box which was not helpful and 4 days later I have still not received the second box.....could be a delivery problem, chasing that one too!

I wanted to protect the edges of two circular tables so did an online chat to fine the best product. Found a possible and ordered 1 piece which turned out to be perfect so ordered three more ad needed. In both cases the items arrived quickly. Can’t fault the product or the service. Thanks

Most orders are at least partly out of stock, yet this only becomes apparent when the delivery fails to arrive. My recommendation to only sell items that are in stock!
We had a minor issue with a split delivery ( we weren’t home at the right time). This was dealt with so well - I emailed and had a phone response in a very timely manner. The operative was very professional and helpful and assured me that she would help. We had our delivery that same evening! Fantastic response and fantastic service. I would recommend this company very highly.
Excellent quality, reasonably priced and quick delivery.
Took about an hour to place the order online. Ended up having to phone in for assistance. When the boxes arrived they are not the same as the ones we have had in the past from Macfarlane, quality is very inferior and unbranded this time.
The lady that took the order was very helpful and professional. Warehouse lads excellent too!
Excellent service, however not able to send samples for business
I would not buy from this outfit again as their quality doesn't come close to Rajapack. I have now bought twice from them and in both cases, their boxes aren't that well built. When you assemble them, the corners and edges don't fold over and create good corners and edges. Also, I asked for the package to be left with neighbours, but it was simply left on our porch.
