I have not dealt with a company like them before - bundles of lies and excuses - Ordered 5 packs of bubble pouches and only 1 got delivered on promised next day delivery - been promised for the remaining and had to call / chat with them numerous times like I am just sitting free for them and they never bothered to update anything on their own. After 8 weeks there was still no sign of anything - Can you believe 8 weeks? we can get made to order furniture delivered in that time but not these pouches from this company. Had to fight with them to get money back - and they take another 10 days to have refund sent back to you - wow - If they claim they ship 1000's of orders every day - I dont know how they sustain with such rubbish service levels. Extremely disappointed as a business customer. No they have never spoken to me but I had rather contacted them every time
I was unable to complete my order, I spoke to customer service who were very helpful and completed the order for me but it was more time consuming than sending an order via email as before.

A single order for boxes, tape and void filler is always delivered in three parts with multiple invoices. It's a mess. Single part numbers for their product would help too

Macfarline have transferred our credit account to their online shop - so no more negotiation of prices with their sales department - we are stuck with whatever they dictate, unless we go elsewhere that is. Placed first online order last week . . . Only half of it has turned up this far - no stock ????
