If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. Tldr pay extra, get a tool from a reputable brand. I purchased the 20V nailer from Lumberjack & I risked it with this unknown brand as the reviews seemed good but I wish I had paid extra and gotten a decent brand. I bought the nailer in preparation for a house renovation, I have a replaced the architrave on both sides of 3 doorways and it is yet to fully sink a single nail even on the max setting. Since I purchased it back in late Feb the returns window was long gone when I discovered it couldn't do its job.
