If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days from the day we received the item(s) back.
Little did I realise that the slogan should have read (used and abused.) Disgraceful to receive a brand new state of the art indentation/s of steel, scratched and gouged steel, rubber feet worn out where it has been scraped across concrete and scratches to everywhere and everything. Even the top plate too is dirty, scratched and has a raised surface (you’ll notice when it is eventually collected and returned to you.) After stating that this was not a returned item I was offered £15 and then £30 as a reduction but to be honest it was in such an appalling state that I couldn’t trust it not to blow up so obviously had no intention of starting it up. Personally speaking I would have informed the customer (after browsing such disgraceful photographs) to keep it and refund their monies too (£199.99) as a gesture of goodwill and thus to avoid any bad press. I asked them to collect it from my home in which I was asked if I would prefer it to be collected in the morning or afternoon to which I stated morning. At the time of writing this review (14:02) still no collection and still no refund as they will not refund me until it has been collected. Posted photographs of all the damage on separate occasions on their Facebook page but they keep deleting it. Pretty embarrassing in all honesty to churn out this new and improved piece of junk/tat as heaven only knows what the previous was like.

This item was ordered before 3pm and delivered the next day, Great service, just as promised. Dust extractor comes with 5 adaptors and fits all of my power tools just fine. The 2 metre hose is not quite sufficient for what I need but a trip to toolstation will soon sort that out.Time to retire the 20 year old Vax 2000 that I have been using as an extractor.
I made an enquiry about size of machine which was answered accurately and withing a few minutes. Item arrived on time in perfect condition. I have assembled unit which was easy, have not as yet used machine but I am sure all will be OK as I already own a Lumberjack machine.

Just got the 8inch chop saw and pillar drill for my birthday. Great service and delivery. My workshop is starting to look like lumberjack’s warehouse! Now got a bandsaw,lathe,chop saw and pillar drill. Might need a bigger workshop!!

Bench arrived earlier than expected. Well packed, easy assembly (just leave one drawer slider screw out until your drawer is in place). Nice surprise of jubilee discount code came up at checkout - brilliant price. This bench may need screwing down for heavy sawing.
No complaints brilliant service from Lumberjack and although I have not used the bandsaw yet it is exactly what I wanted! My only issue was with DHL who had to be contacted twice to get my parcel delivered!!
