If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days from the day we received the item(s) back.
Two items ordered (batteries), only one delivered. Customer services were good but took some convincing I wasn’t on the make. Eventually resolved with second battery being delivered about a month after placing the order!

I bought the table router , I was a bit unsure because the price was half the price of Bosch table router (without the router.) well I was surprised at the quantity and controls ie adjustable speed and tool height also it runs very quite compared to my hand held router.
