If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. Delivery was fast, but when I went to use scroll saw blower wasn’t working, rang them, didn’t know what she was really talking about, promised she would ring me back same day after speaking to the technician….. she never did, so come midday the following day I rang and told them I wanted the item picked up and a refund no questions asked.
Purchased whetstone tool sharpener; water trough did not have any holes for water to flow onto stone (I had seen comments of another reviewer who had the same issue, so I was pre alerted to this possibility). Emailed Lumberjack who promptly had a replacement trough sent to me. Other than that, machine seems well made and good value.

easy to order well made tools and delivered when stated I phone services but the guy I spoke to was OK but had knew very little and just said come down to the shop and look for yourself about an hours drive away
I had a problem cutting porcelain tiles, so I purchased a wet tile cutter form Lumberjack tools, and this tool has made life a lot easier. It cuts well, and I am very pleased with my purchase.
Bought a lumberjack 185mm circular saw. Thought its price was reasonable. Have been in the trade many years as a carpenter but now retired so price plays a lot Bought it on line to be delivered to Argos for collection so did not get a chance to look at quality. Went to use but found base and supporting saw brackets were very flimsy and had lots of movement. The base did not line up with saw blade so would not be able to use it against a fence. Would not recommend buying this item unless you intend to use for cutting fire wood.
Great delivery up to date information and tracking details ordered this one many years ago and still very pleased with the quality of service and performance had the last one break down and was very pleased when lumberjack repaired it and sent it back no problems

I was most impressed with the speed of delivery, quality and condition of the bench which arrived well protected and with no damage whatsoever. I have however deducted one star for the fact that the wooden dogs are loose in the benches holes and so will require packing with tap to achieve a snug fit and the fact that two of the centre runners had been mounted upside down and so were back to front, requiring me to remove and refit these before the main assembly could be completed. Time will tell but I am very happy so far with my purchase, stable, steady and solid. Just what I was looking for - I am an amateur and will be using this for mainly lightweight activity.
