If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days from the day we received the item(s) back.

Saw the multitool on B&Q website, sold by Lumberjack for £49.99. Went direct to the website and it was on offer for £39.99 so ordered from them. It was free delivery and came the next day. Excellent service and the tool does the job I needed it for perfectly!
