If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days from the day we received the item(s) back.

Prompt service and delivery
The Lumberjack 13mm drill press was delivered very promptly and I’m impressed by the strong build and ease of assembly. Very good value for money for an entry level / hobby drill press at well under £ 100. It runs very quietly and drills well. It would be lovely to have a speed change lever rather than a manual adjustment of the belt but for the price it’s excellent. There were 2 springs missing for the chuck guard but I have requested these but I’ll still give it 5 stars !

Briefly, let me explain my experience with this ‘lovely company’. Three weeks ago (23rd Nov) I have purchased a Bandsaw from them - they have delivered a broken one - some components from the engine were detached, other missing, also big dents, marks and scratches on the machine! Not even close to what I was expecting (I paid for a NEW one and got a broken one)… I really don’t know what actually happened to receive it in this awful state! Anyway…. This machine cost me £600 - I informed the company about my issues and received a response back from a lady called Sharna, where I’ve been offered £30 off and keep the broken machine (I took this email as a good joke). I called the lady, on the 2nd December and informed her that I would like a new machine to be delivered to me. She, then confirmed a collection in the next 2 days for Wednesday, 4th December and by the end of the week will receive the new machine. However, 10 days after this incident no machine was delivered to me, as promise and I had to go back and forth with this - and as of now I have not received anything! Also, I need to highlight that I didn’t feel like they were taking me seriously, in one email she said by mid week it will be delivered, in a different email was delivery next day and then again a new email saying that by the end of the week will be delivered! Very confusing… However, after confirming and reconfirming again and again since 2nd of December that I want a replacement- even today, 11th December, this lady was still keep asking me to confirm if I want the replacement! According to the ‘seriousness’ show to me up until now - I don’t know what to expect from them…. My only hope is now to receive a new machine and not a refurbished replacement! Bottom line, I feel that I have been lied so many times and not taken seriously by anyone there - awful customer service and now I don’t know what to expect!

I ordered a spindle sander, the product arrived promptly, however the instructions and are not the best they could, be clearer, this was the same for the bandsaw I purchased at Harrogate woodworkers show. Both work perfectly well but there does seem to be an issue with one of the sanding spindles as there is not a washer large enough to stop the paper rising up when using it, when I have called this time there was no answer, but that said it seems worth the money as is the bandsaw.
Parcel just left on door step overnight. No card through the door and as far as I know the delivery person did not ring the bell. It rained overnight.
