If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. Very quick delivery and one battery wasn't working but they sent a new one in two days and Very helpful and very go tools for the money I would recommend

Reasonably price plunge saw. Blade is a bit coarse, will be looking to replace it with finer cut/more teeth. Purchased the extra rails to give 2.8m length BUT you only get 2 connectors you need to order an extra connector - why they don’t say this when purchasing I don’t know. Rails/guide works well would have been 5* if it wasn’t for the supplied blade and the extra connector needed if purchasing the extra rails.
Lumberjack tools and sales staff I couldn't thought. The only thing that let them down a little was the dpd delivery service .they need to put a card through to let customers know they have attempted to deliver an item. And have taken to a pick up point with an address .
For the price, this plunge saw is remarkable. Very well built and fits snug in the supplied track. So far I've done a few sample cuts and looking forward to using it in a project.

For the money my new pt305 has performed so far like a machine that cost £5000. I also called their phone number and they actually answered! Elliot was very helpful and I actually look forward to using the machine again.
I have had a few items from lumberjack and they are very good and there customer service is very good aswell only thing is there catalog could have the prices in saves on calling them

Needed to return my oscillating sander as the belt tracking kept slipping - these things happen.
