If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days from the day we received the item(s) back.

Delivery was quick. Assembly was straightforward as with any bandsaw it needed adjusting before use. It cut to capacity easily in softwood but I suspect hardwood would be slower. Great machine for the money!
Extremely good price and extremely fast delivery. However there was a problem with the product and Lumberjacks collected item the next day and though the response then, was slower than I hoped they gave a full refund.

SDS Max breaker DHD 1300. Excellent tool. Well made, comes with case and 2 chisels. Brakes concrete and stone with ease. 5.3KG seems the right weight for what it is designed to do. Good value too. Not had it long, but so far so good. Note: it's doesn't drill holes, which I knew before purchase.
Very fast delivery. The bench is good for the price. Very easy to assemble with clear instructions. Only 2 criticisms si far. It's light and moves when planing. I need to fasten it down. The 2 shelf supports are fitted with 1 screw meaning they can turn and tge shelf falls off. Easy fix either by gluing shelf in or by adding a second screw. Other than those small points I'm very happy with it.

I purchased a dust extractor from Lumberjack and while it initially performed well, it stopped working after just 12 months. When I contacted their customer service, I was informed that I would be responsible for the repair costs because the product was ONE WEEK out of warranty. This is extremely disappointing, especially given the price of the product. A quality product should last far longer than a year, and the lack of flexibility or goodwill from their customer service does not inspire confidence in their products or their commitment to customer satisfaction. I expected better from a company with such a reputation. I would not recommend their products based on this experience.
