Quick and responsible doors delivery
Bought the redwood external door to match the internal doors of property. Looked perfect for the job in photo online, just what I needed but when it arrived just had a square of 6mm ply fitted into bottom panel. Not only will it look out of place once varnished with the different materials used but there is also no point spending money on heat retaining double glazed unit above, when the bottom flimsy panel won’t keep much heat in itself. (The photo online shows lovely knotty softwood used in bottom to match rest of door)

I bought a Cottage style door in April 2022 and had it fitted with a 3 point locking system .In January 2023 the double glazed unit failed causing condensation on the inside of the glass. I contacted Vibrant Doors and asked for a replacement glazing unit. They contacted LPD who told them that replacement glass was not available and that I would need a new door. The new door arrived yesterday. Now I will have to pay another three hundred pounds to get the new door fitted, assuming that I can find someone to do the job; Extremely disappointed and out of pocket;
The driver was great, very helpful and professional. The tracking however does not work! I was advised of a slightly later time than previously, but with just 10 mins to go, the tracker said the driver was on drop 5 and I was no 14! He was showing as well over an hour away in distance so I decided to walk the dog. I changed my mind, just in case it was wrong and the driver turned up within minutes. Good job I ignored the tracker!!!
