Paid £50 for delivery. Did not deliver in the 2 hour window. Gave me no notice of change. Did not respond to emails. Still no response to emails after giving further information requested Very disappointing

Terrible customer service. Doors are really patchy in terms of quality, a couple of doors are really rather poor. LPD supplied unmatching doors and made zero effort to put things right, they don't give a damn

Wish I could order direct from this Company. Had to order through Wickes, who gave wrong information about the door on their site, and then struggled to get it collected ending with me waiting in for a collection that was not booked in and long telephone call ensued. In the finished I emailed LPD myself, they called me straight away and arranged collection the next day. The gentleman was so polite and helpful...So I would re order an LPD door but NOT through Wickes.

I'd honestly recommend this company based on the attitude and service of the delivery driver, Andy. What a gent. I'd have no qualms using them again if he is typical of all their employees. He kept me informed if delivery time, arrived earlier than originally scheduled (which was perfect for me) and was respectful,polite and professional.

Doors were ordered and delivered in a few days and a little ahead of schedule , great doors ,and I'm sure they will look great once I hang them

The product and service from LPD Doors is excellent. Steve has been easy to communicate with and very helpful. He replies very quickly to queries. The goods were delivered very quickly and at the time promised. The driver also deserves recognition for bringing the doors into the house and putting them exactly where I wanted them.

On time and delivers with care

Order 2212140 Driver turned up, but the door was not on the van, he said he would contact the office. He then drove off and then 10 minutes later I received a notification that it had been delivered, disgusting, now I can't contact the office.

I bought a LPD Arta Oak door through Build base fitted it in October 22 and it was well protected with 3 coats of a good exterior varnish, the door was only on for six weeks and starting showing signs of deterioration, black patches and veneer de-laminating. On the description it did not say that this door was veneered also did not say anything about door finishes which i would of thought would be on there if there are limited products you can use to treat this door, after going back and forth with build base they have said that they will supply a new door. I now have the additional expense of the labour costs to re fit it. I am apprehensive that the same will happen to this door, My view is that the door is not suitable for exterior use.

Received standard delivery in 5 days. Good to have accurate tracking information on the day to see where van was on map. Door did arrive slightly over scheduled time. Driver helped to bring door into property which was really helpful and shows good customer service. Door looks well made.

Fantastic doors at a excellent price. And first class service from ordering the doors to great quick delivery from a great driver. All staff I have spoken to have been very helpful. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks Brian
