Delivery turned up over 2 hours later than the 2 hour slot arranged. Worst of all didn’t let me know there would be a delay “no common courtesy” Worst delivery company I have dealt with. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I scoured the internet and found this company. The doors I bought and ranged hugely in price between companies and even with the delivery charge,other companies weren't close. I spoke to Mark before I bought and he was incredibly helpful. The doors arrived quickly and we're spotless-no dents marks or scuffs. They have their own couriers.I only wish I'd listened to Mark's advice and not my joiner-you can cut an inch off top and bottom as the doors are solid. Now it's going to cost another £48 delivery when I order the third door . Serves me right

£500 on a damaged incomplete order. I could not fit these doors immediately as they didn’t send an important component required to fit them. I had to remind them to send it. When I finally got it and paid for them to be fitted there was damage on one of the doors. They refused to replace it saying the order was too long ago (2 weeks!!!) even though they didn’t send me the complete order in the first place!!!

They are very quick and great at communicating the delivery, the two doors delivered were great as well. The issue I have is nowhere does it state, delivery is kerbside. I live in a 2nd floor flat on my own and I was not asked about where I lived etc like most companies delivering large heavy items do. The driver came brought the doors into the entrance area called me and when I asked about bringing them up all I got was we don't deliver to flats, kerbside only. As I said I live on my own and it's not possible for me to bring them up on my own so I'm pretty discussed that customers aren't told this at the time or arranging the delivery so they can arrange for someone to be around to help carry the doors to my property. I've had to contact a family member who lives some distance away to come and help, as they can't be left where they are. If drivers will not deliver directly to a flay owners door, I think you need to be explaining this at the time of booking so people can be prepared

Excellent service, delivery driver was lovely and helpful (didnt catch name but lovely yorkshire lad). Doors were delivered well packaged. They are really beautiful doors now hung. Very happy.

Massive thank you to Ryan from LPD for getting our doors to us on time! We ordered 2 doors from doorsuppliesonline.co.uk (a separate company). They failed to notify us of a scheduled delivery so we were not at home when LPD originally tried to deliver our doors. Thankfully Ryan called back the next day as he was still in the South Wales area. It really made a difference, thanks again!

From the website, calling the showroom for advice and the delivery of the doors was a smooth and professional service! Ged the delivery driver was really nice, even texted me the golf courses around Northumberland! Just great honest service all round.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering these doors. I ordered the black soho door, side light, Manhattan frame and the mercer handle pack. if you’re looking for a plastic, cheap effect look no further.. if you’re wanting the quality that matches its price tag I’d go else where. The finish on the Manhattan frame is very bubbled, it looks like it’s full of air holes and arrived damaged. The material of the Soho door is very cheap and flimsy The mercer handle pack is an absolutely shocker!! ** please be aware this isn’t an item that you would want to touch up with paint after fitting.. the door appears to have a very plastic finish, adding paint just highlights any scuffs. It was a nightmare to fit and my fitter has assured me he’d be back within 12 months, fitting a new set of doors (not LPD) as these are not durable. I’m totally devastated as I’ve waited months for these doors to arrive back in the country. I can’t fault communication regarding delivery or the delivery.
