Delivered in time frame, friendly & personable driver, told me that as the heating is on not to put the doors too close to radiator which I knew already but good of him to suggest, used Wickes in past & would definatly recommend 😀

We bought a Shepherds Hut. The stable door was supplied by LPD. Despite treating the door with very expensive oil, which was recommended to us, the door failed within one year and needs replacing. The glue has come apart, the panels are moving and it is leaking. LPD claim to have a 10 year warranty but have refused to help even though the product failed within 12 months. Very frustrating and disappointing service.

The driver had a puncture and rang us to say he maybe late. He wasn't he was in the delivery period, but very considerate to ring me just in case.

I could track my delivery which meant I was ready and I could plan my day. Very helpful Driver. Thankyou for a great service. I would highly recommend LPD.

The only problem with my delivery is that there was only one driver, that I had to help offload and carry my purchase which was heavy and I have mobility problems. Apart from that, the delivery was on time and the driver was very courteous

The driver rang me to say he was on his way which gave me time to go home and be there when he arrived. He knocked my door and carried the heavy door into my home and he was a very nice man.

I had 2 big doors arriving busy street in East Ham. They came within the 2 hours slotted. What made my experience better this time, was the helpful manner in which the guy asked, where I would like the doors. Normally LPD just leave outside the house. Today’s guy brought both heavy doors inside front room. He also had to carry them, as no parking outside.

Ordered a door through Wickes, stated a delivery date and all was well. That is until the door was going to be two days later than requested. Phoned up the number provided in the text, asked if this was the point of contact for a Wickes door order, and was tersely informed 'No, this is LPD Doors'. Checked the email / text trail, and yes this was the contact for my Wickes door. Called again and thankfully someone helpful answered - thanks for the response, but my order is not my complaint - it's the quality of service from an individual.

Very pleased with the quality of the door that we purchased it was through a different sales company but the overall service was very good
