The quality of the door is great. They emailed me to inform me that they can not dispatch the door I ordered because of damage on it but offered me an alternative one . I have been informed with the delivery date and roughly time frame. It is amazing service

Order process was via DOOR SUPERSTORE. Very straightforward. You are able to leave delivery instructions at point of sale which is helpful. Ordered Sunday, delivery confirmed via text by LPD Tuesday (across Bank Hol) with est 2hr slot. In the event, door arrived an hour earlier than estimated. Driver very friendly, careful and considerate. Top service.

Our door arrived a day early, how good is that for service? The driver (whose name was Andy)was in the area and thought he'd see if we were in. As well as being early, he provided service with a smile. The door itself looks really nice and we look forward to installing it. Would definitely choose this make again.
