The help and advice I was given was very professional and caring.
Great service very quick sorting care for my mother
The caller was very supportive and seemed knowledgeable. He gave me time to share my experience and gave advice. He said I could call him back anytime for further information. For someone less proactive it would have been helpful if he had led the conversation more, explaining the role of Lottie and the support he could give without me asking. He said he would send me an information pack via email, but didn’t.
Very prompt and efficient
Not impressed at all. This is the first and last time I will use lottie! I hit the No thanks I do NOT want any phone calls from the various care homes I was looking at. All I have had is phone calls from most of the homes as Lottie has informed them I wanted a call from them. I have explained each time that it was lotties fault that they, meaning the care homes, had been given false information and wasted their time. I also explained to them that I would be telling lottie about their own poor service. It is infuriating that as a user I have to give much more information than I wanted before I could see care homes, but to have the given information ignored by the same company shows what little worth they have in the care home sector. What a waste of my time and also a waste of the care homes personnel’s time who made the calls to me!
Thank you for helping me choose a care home for my dad. I didn't know where to start. Your site gave me a great list of starting options and it was free! Following emails and telephone conversations I've looked around a great one today and hopefully they can go to assess him tomorrow or Wednesday and they have a great room available.
Extremely helpful and fast at returning back to us. We need short term care for my grandma while my mum has a knee op and have found no options until we came across Lottie! Fingers crossed!

It was a hard thing to.hqve to do to try to arrange care for my step father but my sister and I knew that it might not go down well unfortunately it was worse. The people I dealt with were absolutely marvelous cannot fault them or their commitment to help people.
