After an initial misunderstanding, I received a follow-up call from Hannah and the glitch was explained to me. I was assured that my concern was noted and told that every effort would be made to find a suitable property for us. I am more than happy to revoke my previous review and thank lottie.org for their help in this matter.

I heard about Lottie on Radio 4, so when I needed help to find suitable care for my partner I made contact with Lottie. Their care, listening and patience in finding out about my partner's needs was first class and they made very suitable recommendations for me to follow up.

Friendly and helpful I was contacted and offered assistance with looking for a care home for mum after visiting their website, which is a weight off my mind as I was not getting very far searching on my own. They offered advice and would follow up with an email. They were friendly and polite and look forward to making some progress.

However, could you please tell me how your service works, what happens to advert once submitted, how long is it advertised, how can I amend/delete etc.. ******* Following this review, I received a call from Lotti and explained me the process and answered all my concerns and more. The site gave a good comprehensive list of care homes base on a few simple but relevant questions. It made the job of searching for care homes simple. The homes listed were all of a good standard and they were proactive in contacting me for information on our needs. This was all done very professionally with no hard sell. They all showed a real interest in our requirements and gave some useful information to help with our search.

Karla at Lottie has been wonderfully helpful, I was really struggling to find help and she took so much of the load. Because of her we have sourced the help we need for my mother in law who has dementia and I am hugely grateful. Added to this she worked with great kindness and understanding, I felt throughout that she had really listened which meant I had confidence in the solutions she found for us.

Choosing care facilities for an ageing relative can be very daunting - Becky and her manager (Emma) were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable about all aspect of the services Lanercost can provide and many more aspects we are only just learning. Lanercost itself is perfect.

Klara was really really helpful and friendly and made the job of finding respite care for my mum so much easier. She also gave me helpful information about attendance allowance. A very stressful few days became a lot calmer thanks to Klara and I will definitely go to her if and when I need help again.
