What a great service. My employer has introduced this service to the staff from April this year and I didn't expect to be taking advantage so quickly. Lottie came back with information for me within 45 minutes which took so much of the stress away from what was already a difficult situation. Would Recommend

I signed up to Lottie to look at care homes in our local area, received a phone call the same day from Klara and my first thought was, ‘Oh no, sales call!. Klara was kind, listened and asked questions that enabled her to provide me with some really great advice. She also made me think about the provision and care that would be right for my dad at this time. As promised she sent an email with a list of providers, services and links that she thought I might find useful. Although we have decided against a carr home at this point for my dad, the other information Klara provided has enabled us to employ a part time carer directly. If at anytime my dad’s needs change, I will definitely go back to Klara for advice and help. No pushy sales pitch, just friendly and informative at a time when I was feeling quite desperate. Lottie, seem to be a great organisation that freely help navigate to find a suitable carer in the community in my case , a very attentive person called Klara went above and beyond to make sure I found an appropriate carer for my needy mother , a great free service ,who made what can be abit of a m8ndfield ,that much easier . Well recommended
Klara has been nothing but so helpful and professional in helping us as a family find respite care for my MS-suffering brother whose property needs emergency work done to it which will take months to repair. Klara has communicated with me throughout the process and even dealt with my brother's HO to get the costs approved. I could not have done this without her as I am so busy during the day at work. I approached Lottie to get advice around potential care homes for my father. I spoke with Katy, who was very helpful indeed. She provided a very useful list of care homes, in several areas. She also helped with guidance on possible funding resources. I was impressed with how quickly Katy responded. In addition, she was always keen to offer extra help if I wanted it. Lottie seems a very useful service to help with a complex and stressful situation.

I spoke to a lovely lady at Lottie . she was so helpful with lots of information about options for elderly care . she really put my mind at ease at an anxious time when my mum had just left hospital after a fall . i would really reccomend this service , and its free .
