Got unexpected call from Evie after making enquiries about a care home , what a blessing, up until this phone I didn't no were to turn or what to do to help my uncle who had been taking ill and needed to look at possible homes once discharged.. After this phone call I felt like a weight had been lifted and just knowing someone there to help is such a relief.

A Google search brought up what I thought might be an interesting article, so I clicked on the link and it brought me to Lottie. Unfortunately, a panel popped up on the right of the screen and prevented me from reading the article. It insisted on asking me irrelevant questions before I could move back to the article. So I clicked on one of the irrelevant answers. Then it took me to another screen and would not let me go back to the article. I am not allowed to edit this to include the link to the page it would not let me read. Try looking for lottie.org fees-funding pip-freebies and perhaps you can find it. 29.06.2024 Got an email from the founder. Nice try, but the email was addressed to someone else. If you had responded appropriately I would have considered deleting this review.
Klara, the agent I spoke to was very friendly and patient in answering the many questions I had on my first call to Lottie. I felt she was very keen to provide information which might be of benefit to my wife and I. It was as though she was a caring and dedicated member of staff and her work was important to her. She was very easy to talk to and I felt at ease when trying to work out what is best for our situation at a time of life when changes are going to have to made. I would say Klara is a credit to Lottie.

Lottie has been incredibly helpful when my Grandma’s health suddenly deteriorated. We had no clue about what services and help is available and what to do next. Eva was so kind, supportive and informative. We were provided the details for a lovely home for respite which we’ve now book for August. We also will now have carers coming into our home once a day during the week. This is a huge relief for our family to know that the care will be of a high standard. The whole situation felt so overwhelming, thank you Eva for breaking it down for us and helping us with this transition!
I was in a difficult situation where I had less than a week to find respite for my father. This was new to me and I was thrown in the deep end and didn't know where to start. I made a few phone calls but with no joy and then I received a message from a guy called Jo from Lottie who assured me he could help me and indeed he did. Gathered all the information and then did all the work for me. He came back with the perfect place, and also provided me with a few helpful tips and websites which again I have used. He was absolutely brilliant - I was so grateful that he messaged me, I couldn't thank him enough.
