Really great to talk about my situation with someone (Eva) who was knowledgeable, supportive and helpful in their suggestions about how best to proceed. Great service and would highly recommend as it's a minefield of grey information out there for an emotive and tricky life situation that many of us will face!
First of all Eva listened to me and then gave lots of very helpful advice. She said she would research and get back to me which she did in a very comprehensive email within an hour of speaking to her. Superb service.

Where do I start witn how grateful I am to Lottie especially Katy Jones...what an absolute Angel x. I was at breaking point trying to find specific care for my mother with Alzheimers. Everything was becoming overwhelming and more and more difficult. I had tried to contact care homes around me for day care only for my mother with no results. Lottie kept popping up on my search and to be honest I wasn't sure...but after several searches on my own, I thought..let me try. I am so so glad I did. Katy listened with kindness and support, she asked questions of what my mother's requirements were and said...don't worry, I'm sure we will find exactly what you are looking for. And the very next day I received an email with several options to choose from, containing prices and lots of other information. Not only did Katy send me all this invaluable information but she also sent me the allowance available to us. I really didn't know where to turn a few days ago but now I'm so hopeful. Provision of information. They followed up a few days later, also offered to help get in touch with service provider on my behalf and try and at least get the ball rolling. Doing everything they can to help.
Very friendly, informative and nothing was too much trouble. It was only my first call with them but hopefully will make what are difficult decisions a lot easier to manage.
