I am very happy with my blinds from Kresta. I had great advice from consultant, Donna, and with her experience and honesty, suggested a particular blind colour to match the furniture and colours in my home. I'm extremely happy with how they look.

Window was broken in the process of installation and both the installer and Kresta denied any responsibility. I would advise anyone dealing with this company to remain with the installer at all times as this was an added expense I did not need.

The staff I spoke to in the shop and the lady who did my measure and quote were so friendly and made my decision easy. The person who called to book my installation was quite rude. Window furnishings are not cheap. Please keep this in mind when speaking to customers. Word of mouth brings or loses business.

Absolutely fantastic service received, such a beautiful product (love my Roman blinds) and installation service was top quality. Awesome value for money too. One extremely happy customer.

Krystal's blinds are quality man and reasonably priced. We have other family members that we have referred to Kresta and they are overwhelmed with the service, price and quality of the blinds. I will continue to recommend Kresta.

I initially called in to the Mile End SA showroom to get an idea of price and delivery times for 2 bedroom blinds. We were in Adelaide from our Darwin home trying to help our son, his partner and newborn twin daughters by renovating their Adelaide home in a very short time frame. (Under three weeks)They were returning from country SA after a 2 year stint as police officers, babies now in tow. Julie Anne in the Mile End showroom was marvelous and offered to see if she could get a consultant to visit asap. She called me back to say Donna could attend that afternoon, unbelievable! Donna arrived promptly and her advice was appreciated, her knowledge undoubted, she was just terrific. The blinds were ordered and our tight time frame was met. The installation man arrived as planned, the blinds installed without any issues. It was the last job on what was a very long list before the family arrived and was the "icing on the cake" Thank you Kresta, I am sharing our experience with everyone I meet!

No complaints with Kresta. From the initial online quote request then the sales consultant who came to my home to the guy who installed the blinds. All excellent.

It took an email to book a measure and quote then a visit from a very knowledgable gentleman who explained everything.Another email and deposit secured the order.I received phone calls at different stages to keep me updated on how the work was progressing.Once ready for installation a suitable day is agreed upon and just fantastic looking blinds are here.Such an easy process and feel very happy with the staff from Kresta Dandenong job well done thanks so much.

Im so happy with my curtains and blinds - i havent stopped raving about them since installation! I only wish i could have bought more! The lady who came out to measure and quote was so knowledgeable. I had know doubts after meeting her, that i was getting the best curtain/blinds for my house. The guy who installed them was friendly and professional. Thanks so much Kresta - i wish i had done this sooner.

Recieved a quote. Emailed to ask a few questions and was told someone will give me a ring. Never did. Called back three times leaving messages with staff and was told of get a call back. After letting them know on the third call how disappointed I was about the lack of follow up, I was given a speech of how they were very sorry and how customer service was very important to them. Pity they don't practice what they preach as never got a call back. Gave up. Just terrible customer service and lack of care.

I have used Kresta Blinds and Curtains on numerous occasions for both curtains, roll down blinds and awnings. I have always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and the quality of the product is fantastic. . They follow up on detail and are on time for appointments The communication is great and you are always kept in the loop for delivery etc.

They have very good and professional installers that makes hanging up the blinds or curtain a real breeze...
