Kresta measured the blinds incorrectly. Supplied and fitted 2/4 blinds and left clips on the others where the blinds didnt fit. They said they would come back with replacement blinds. 6 months later we have nothing. We attempted to contact them several times and they did not respond. We went to Fair Trading. They told Fair Trading they would contact us to fix the problem. A month later...nothing.

Kawana Store 11/11/24 - order placed, deposit paid. Informed curtains would be in by Christmas. 12/12/24 - recieved email stating order had been sent to the factory, and would be installed mid- January. I called the office and said I was told by Xmas. They informed me the cut off date was in October. I advised I had no curtains hanging, and was very displeased with the misleading information provided on ordering. I was advised that I would recieve a call to follow up on my complaint - no call recieved. 5/12/24 - another email recieved from Kresta advising my order would arrive in approx 6 weeks. I again responded saying I had made a complaint and had not recieved any communication from Kresta. 23/01/25 - curtains finally installed. Further email sent to Kresta asking to escalate my complaint regarding misleading information on ordering. 28/01/25 - phone call recieved from Kresta. The employee stated she wasn't there for the conversation during ordering, so can't be sure what I was informed and that she would have to follow up. I said I was surprised that this is only now being looked at, and the communication from Kresta was appalling. I recieved an insincere apology, and told "I don't know what you want from this". I highly recommend spending your money with another company that will provide accurate ordering processes and information and hopefully you don't ever need a complaint process with Kresta because unfortunately they are completely incompetent.

Cheap for a reason, do not buy anything from this company. Does not even deserve 1 star. Salesperson was ok but everything went downhill afterwards. Shop assistant was unwilling to help with final fabric and track selection as the sales belong to the salesperson! Took a bit longer to deliver but the nightmare starts with installation. First time, the installer called at the last minute that he can't do it due to the previous job took a lot longer to install. Second time, my product was placed at the back of their warehouse so the installer could not get the products out. Third time, installer finanly came with my product but the warehouse guy took off the bracket so can not be installed. Now waiting for the fourth time this Saturday.... Very unprofessional company and do not buy from them.

The worst company. Ordered and paid for curtains and tracks last year August 2024. Still waiting!!! Every time I call they say will call you back. No return call! So unprofessional and many conflicting responses, so many excuses. Requested my money back and staff said not authorised to do that. Asked to speak to manager Doug, but won’t put you through. Disgraceful

Mandurah WA. Appalling service. They ordered the wrong material for bedroom curtains, we got sheer instead of blockout. We wake up with the sun due to amount of light. They admitted they made an error yet 4 weeks later we are still waiting for their customer service dept to contact us. Now going thru Dept of EMIRS.

I’ve ordered my blinds in may 2024 I’ve paid upfront in full as requested and I’m still waiting for the job to be finalised now Dec 20. Appalling customer service, unreliable and annoying. Numerous chasing up telephone calls to Peta who couldn’t care less and Linda just as bad, always finding excuses or pretending they’re on holidays. Finally after waiting 8 weeks for the final blind to arrive we had a 0800 appointment for installation no one turned up I had to call Peta to reschedule for next year, Do yourself a favour keep well away from Kresta and curtain in wonderland save yourselves lots of frustrations

Terrible quality products (not the fabric but the plastic fittings) and even worse customer service. Avoid at all costs!

Initially seemed fine. Then issues with installation. Worked well for 7 months now tracks are pulling away from the ceiling and are largely unusable. Clearly unfit for purpose. 8k job. Contacted Kresta. They want $83 to arrange a call out to inspect when photos alone show that wall plugs have been used in the ceiling. They won't refund the $83 when they find the fault. Surely a breach of consumer law as warranty applies. I used Wynstan last two times I needed blinds. They are excellent! Kresta Warrawong.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered and paid in full as required for roller blinds and some sheers and blockout curtains. Initial measure and quote by Mary was excellent. Had 2 extra measures due to ceiling height and type of track installed. All roller blinds went in fine almost 7weeks after ordering.there was an issue with blockout even though they had checked twice before installing. Tech took back the blind for fixing, had ordered with plenty of time for an upcoming surgery requiring a dark recovery room. Requested urgent as time went on- no one seemed to know who was doing what and several weeks later still begging for curtain returned and installed. Company called to finally book re install almost 4weeks later for what was meant to be a simple hook changeover only to try and call and tell me double booked and wanted changed again?!I refused to try and change booking as I had already waited long enough. Would never ever again use or recommend this company.

It’s been over 5 months since we accepted the quote from Kresta on a full house install… over 20k… and still after numerous installers came out the job is not completed. The installers have made mistakes which has resulted in holes which they have not fixed. Hopefully our house will be finished by Xmas.

The blinds were incorrectly sized and the salesperson came out to review with the promise of organizing the service department to come and fix the problem. This would entail them having to over a few days pick the blinds up and resizing. The salesperson also knew I had my apartment up for sale and needed a quick turnaround. After 3 weeks of waiting, I contacted the company and finally a few days later had a call from the service department booking in a time a couple of weeks later just to view what the problem was. Not fix the problem, just view. My apartment was going up for sale officially the following week of their viewing. When I asked if they could speed this up due to the open houses etc I was rudely refused by a women who could not care less about my situation. There was absolutely no help from her at all. I said I needed then to go to head office and she replied she was head office.

1 ⭐️ out of 5 The Kresta Blinds quality level : judge for yourself. Their representatives Mr. Nereus D’Mello & Mrs. Robin Brewster have no interest whatsoever & do not reply back to any correspondence. The plantation shutters have scratches; some louvres are loose while the arch shutter doesn’t close. I’ve had to: 1. lodge a complaint with the NSW Department of Fair Trading and 2. lodge a case with the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal (NCAT). Stay away from this company.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Had a folding arm outdoor awning installed. It had never been great and it is badly made and installed. After a year of only being used a few times, the awning started to drop and lose its tightness making it unable to be used. I called Kresta and spoke to a girl who told me to send an email which I did. No reply to my email or follow up email. I tried to call many times and only got an answering machine and left messages but again no response. Appalling customer service. Will never use again. Buyer beware.

Incompetent, no respect for customers. Ordered verticals for 2 bedrooms in January 2024, here I am in October 2024, still no blinds. Leave messages on answering machine, but no one returns calls. When I do reach someone they have no idea what’s happening with my order and supposedly “some phantom manager is going to call me”. It just doesn’t happen. They’ve taken the money and I have no window coverings. It’s not a good omen for this company being able to continue existing if this is the way they treat customers.

I ORDERED 1 ROLLER BLIND IN JUNE AND WAS ADVISED 4-5 WEEKS DELIVERY,IT IS NOW AUGUST AND I AM STILL WAITING.SALESMAN DOES NOT RETURN ME EMAILS.CALL CENTRE SAYS SORRY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM KRESTA,PEOPLE BE WARNED.......

I did not want Kresta to continue to do a 3rd order on a mistaken measurement of two shutters ordered so I requested a refund of the paid shutters. But they have short changed me by $160. They have not given an explanation for the reason of this. The full cost of the two shutters was $1944. I only received $1784 that is $160 short. Their customer service Charlotte has not responded to my email.

They have fitted a shutter that is warped, they refused to fix it, they refuse to give me a refund, they refuse to even address the situation this has been going on for months, I have been promised fitters to arrive which have not arrived, managers do not call as promised or ensure any acceptable level of customer service. An appalling company with a appalling service and workmanship, do yourself a favor go and spend your $10,000 dollars somewhere else

The Lady who came and measured was great as was the fitter. Unfortunately after two and half years (cannot put the correct date at the bottom) I am still waiting for everything to be finished. Customer Service person should be just that. Regretfully I would never recommend Kresta.

One star because the initial consultant was nice. The rest of the service and quality deserve no stars. The backing on our white blinds have turned black from what looks like sun damage. They didn't make the pleating to our specifications. The fittings and fixtures the walls are very poor and cheap. Thier customer service has been dismal. I WOULD NEVER DO KRESTA AGAIN. Dont be fooled!
