Terrible Customer Service. Wedding Gift registry return not accepted because my email to return the items was received outside of their operating hours on the 30th day of a 30 day return window! What a Joke! Not what i'd call a customer centric attitude when not even a store credit was offered. Don't recommend. Make your purchases elsewhere.

20 days later I still haven’t received my order which they said in stock and will be delivered within 2-3 working days. I don’t even know when will my order be dispatched….so disappointed. And now I want to cancel my order but cannot find the access on the website.

Bought some salt & pepper mills from them. As the price was slightly lower than that of Amazon, I thought I'd give a smaller business a chance. The grinder mills showed up as "available" and deliverable in 2-3 working days (I had to pay £5 for the privilege of getting that sent to me). The package didn't arrive on time and I had to check with customer support two more times until it finally arrived around 2 weeks after I ordered it. Once I picked it up, I was surprised to see that the box that the (quite expensive) mills came with was already opened. Some salt and pepper was floating around and got stuck on the packaging, too. There was also salt and pepper already in the mills (although it turned out that that's supposed to be the case). When I contacted the support team to inform them about the fact that my box looked used and/or damaged and that I'd like a return/replacement, it took them always 24 hours to reply and then just tell me that this is perfectly safe to use. Why would I pay full price for something that may have been used already? Can't be bother chasing this anymore (they are clearly trying to dodge their responsibilities here) - so decided to leave a bad review, instead. Good luck with your business - I certainly won't return as a customer. Next time Amazon again :)

Was told the item I ordered might be delayed but then they shipped it next day, quick shipping and customer service was responsive.

Terrible company Avoid at all costs. Showing items in stock to get a sale, marking as dispatched and a week later not received. These were a present and the day before I really needed them phoned kitchen knives.co.uk and was told they’ve just come in stock and will be dispatched that day. Following day no knives and customer service saying they will be dispatched today. Lies from the beginning, terrible company and I will definitely never use again.

Ordered item in stock with 2-3 days delivery. Then contacted to say not in stock and I should check lead time. Lead time was still the same-In stock 2-3 days. 3 weeks later my item finally gets delivered. Glad I never ordered the full knife set and tested with single item. Trust me take your business elsewhere. Don't advertise stock and delivery times when you don't have the items. I should have read other reviews first. Lesson learned.

I ordered a Demeyere frying pan from KitchenKnives.co.uk which was showing as in-stock. Soon after confirmation from PayPal, I received an email from Kitchen Knives informing me that the item was actually out of stock and there would be a delay. I requested a refund from Kitchen Knives on the same day as I was not prepared to wait and put up with the misleading 'in-stock'. Six days later, no sign of the refund and a dispute was raised with PayPal. Any decent Company would have issued the refund on the same day. Avoid.

Ordered 5 sets of knives. Singular knives sent. When I contacted them, they told me I'd ordered a different item. Even though my receipt confirmed I had not. Bought the sets again in a different colour, sent me singles again!

I purchased a three knife set and have to say I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product. The delivery was also very quick.
