Knives ordered on 26 December 2024 but not yet delivered. I did not receive any explanation until I asked what was going on.

Feel rather let down that the service was not as promised. I ordered an item on Wednesday which advertised "free next day delivery" as a birthday present. It finally turned up 6 days later, a day too late for the special occasion :( Whilst my ID check at checkout had failed which understandably delayed my order, I only found this out on Friday morning after I emailed them to check my order status. It's disappointing that Kitchen Knives did not proactively contact me earlier to ask for my ID. Even having provided the necessary ID on Friday morning my order was not despatched until Monday afternoon. In short, I'm disappointed this company make claims on their website they have no intention of fulfilling.

Great service. Delivery took a while, but the order was placed on Boxing Day, so that's to be expected. The knife is superb: an 8-in Wusthof Ikon Classic. Arrived well packed.

I bought my items on 23rd December and enquired about next day delivery. It was a last minute Christmas present purchase as I just had an epiphany of something else to buy. Like all epiphanies, it came at the last possible moment. I received a prompt reply and received my purchase the next day. I was blown away. Thanks so much. The package was well packed and arrived safe and sound. Well priced as well. Great service. Will use again for all my knife purchases.

I recently ordered a set of Victorinox knives and forks from KitchenKnives.co.uk, drawn in by their excellent pricing. While I’m still awaiting their arrival, I have previous experience with Victorinox products and am confident they will be of outstanding quality. So far, the service from KitchenKnives.co.uk has been exceptional. I appreciate that they carry out an age verification check to ensure compliance with legal requirements for purchasing knives, which is a responsible and commendable practice. However, it would be helpful if the site provided a clear explanation of how this process works. Overall, I’m very pleased with my experience so far and look forward to receiving my order.

My knife arrived really fast with minimal packaging, all recyclable. The Japanese knife I got was really reduced in price, it's a good knife and nice in the hand. It's not quite as sharp as it was when it arrived but... I also haven't sharpened it! Not dishwasher proof as it has a wooden handle but I knew that when I ordered it. Would recommend this company.

Was easy for me find what I was looking for on the website. The price was great, was delivered quickly, well packaged and would use them again for the knifes I need.

Clarity, simplicity, efficiency. Shouldn't be remarkable in a manufacturer, a retailer, or a delivery service. But it is.

DO NOT order from this company! I placed an order on a Classic Wusthof knife set which was saying in stock with next day delivery available at the end of the year, only to be contacted by support to say that there was an error on the website and that the product was not actually in stock. (Not the first person this has happened to after looking through reviews). I was advised that the order would be sent the following week as they had more stock of the set coming in, but once again was dissapointed when the week came and went with no delivery or communication from kitchenknives. After emailing them again to find out what was going on with my order, they tried to trick me into changing my order to an "upgrade" which was actually a set of worse knives (Gourmet Wusthof set). When I asked why they tried to offer me a product which was actually a downgrade on what I ordered, I was told that this was becuase they had the Gourmet set priced higher than the Classic set I had ordered. I would be very wary ordering from this company as they do not know the products that they are selling and clearly cannot keep track of the stock they have available.
