I recently purchased a knife from this company and the service I received was first class. From placing the order I received regular updates all the way through the process. They even informed me when they thought my parcel would be late due to delivery companies striking. First class service from beginning to end product exactly what I wanted.

One of the knives I ordered had a longer lead time and although this was flagged on the order page, they also emailed me to check I had seen this and subsequently responded promptly to emails on status. Excellent service and managed to get the knife delivered extremely quickly, despite the strikes. My husband offered to collect the knife first thing in the morning, after paying late in the evening, but we got a prompt reply, apologising that it had already been despatched! A lovely team!

I was looking for a Christmas present for my husband. He has already got some Global Knives and was looking to add to his collection. I saw some at a really good price on this website. They were delivered really quickly and were packaged very well. I must point out that I ordered well in advance as I was aware on the upcoming postal strikes and the impact this would have on delivery companies like the one used by this company. There have been delays on a few items I have ordered from other companies due to these strikes but I did order them later into December. This company, amongst others are suffering the backlash of these strikes and we must remember that Christmas is the season of goodwill.

Prompt, efficient service

My partner has a thing about good quality kitchen knives so I thought I would buy him one for Christmas. Kitchen Knives had just the knife he wanted so I placed my order on Black Friday, surely the busiest day of the year. I was delighted to receive my order first thing, Tuesday 29th November. As well as the knife, I also received a free pair of kitchen scissors. I think this is excellent service at a time of great difficulty for online retailers.

I bought a knife as a present for someone this Christmas. It was a good price and the service was great. Due to high demand there was a slight delay in delivery but I was kept in touch by email and it arrived a few days later.

I bought a knife set on the 12th, thinking they might not arrive in time for a birthday on the 18th. The order was picked and packed within a few hours and despite a small delay in DPD recording a receipt into their warehouse we received it on the 14th at the time they promised. DPD are having a few difficulties as a result of postal strikes but other than warn customers about potential delays (which Kitchen Knives did) I can't see that they could have done any more.
