Bad service.Did order some knives from them.After 2 days someone from the team send me email to let me know that one of the knife wich i ordered is not in stock,he said in couple of days we will dispatch your order ,to not worry about this.Just out of curiosity I went in the next 3 days on website to check if they put label on that item "out of stock", surprise its still was in stock.After 5 days no news,i send them email and ask for refund.My first and last order with them.

Because you default to DPD they insisted I signed for my delivery. There were no knives nor sharp objects Once I spoke to you and explained the situation you resolved but this coupled with the item/s being out of stock meant that my delivery was over 2 weeks from ordering rather than a few days. So your customer service was great but I feel you choice of delivery provider might need further thought
