I actually ordered the wrong item however with an email to the sales team they were able to exchange my order before it was sent out for delivery without any impact on the original delivery date. A very professional company to deal with.

Good knife, straight forward process

Placed an order at 9.45 (payment taken) never received any order conformation so rang them back only to be told the knives were out of stock. Avoid.

Fantastic service and very helpful. After ringing up to enquire about why my order was delayed I was dealt with by a wonderful member of staff who went above and beyond to resolve the delay. As my order was due to take another week, they upgraded me to a more expensive block of knives free of charge and sent it out next day special as an upgrade to my delivery. The hallmark of a good company isn’t how they deal with the day to day, it’s how they deal with the issues and they have absolutely gone above and beyond in that regard. Absolutely recommended.

I got a good price on the new IOShen kyoto knife, and it arrived sooner than expected. Very happy.

Boning knife for over £80 pounds that is blunt, sharpening did not make any difference. I would personally stay away from this products , would like to return however it’s wasn’t able too .

The HQ is very near where we live . The person in the shop was really helpful and went out of her way to advise us . We ended up buying three Samuel Groves copper plated induction pans ( 28cm frying pan 18cm saucepan and a two handled Saute ) These pans are beautiful to look at and use. They are quite light in weight so very easy to handle . I've had the tin lined heavy copper pans in the past but these are much better to use and as they are steel lined they are tougher and useable on an induction hob ( huge bonus) They also have an impressive array of knives on display and I'm saving up for a very nice Miyabi Nakiri that they have on display . They have somone on site that can professionally sharpen Japaese knives so I dont have to schlep my knives to London to get resharpened - very handy but if you are not near Lancaster they do a postal service , I believe . All in all a very positive experience and they're cheaper that their main competitor .What's not to like ?

Great knives! Fast delivery ! Highly recommend :) so nice to throw out all the old blunt ones, even though knives are often expensive it makes such a big difference.
