The knife I ordered was out of stock and was replaced (at my request), with a more expensive substitute at the same cost, even though I insisted that I would pay the difference. Ordered a Global knife set that was showing in stock and avaibale for next day delivery (item was for a present so needed ASAP). After ordering I get an email saying they dont have stock and I will have to wait, I check online and the item is still showing in stock and available for next day delivery but now the product is also £20 cheaper than when I ordered it 4 hours previously ! *update, the delivery was sorted and did come but was later than promised, also the £20 was refunded. However one of the smaller knives came with a partly blunt edge, it was taken back by the company and then sent to global and eventually returned back to us but its still blunt on its return ! Had this been a high street shop it would have just been swapped over for a new blade.

When I ordered the knife I expected it within a few days . I received an email to say it was out of stock and the factory was closed ! I would receive it for n the 17th July , about 4 weeks after o ordered it . The knife came on the 18th and it was broken . The knife got collected and I then waited over the weekend for the new one to arrive . I was given a time slot and the knife didn’t arrive . Well it did but to the wrong address! That said the knife is excellent.

Very good fast out delivery

Second time round ordering from kitchen knives for Samuel Grove pans in the space of 18 months. I cancelled first order after weeks and weeks waiting. Email again today, after hesitantly placing an order for just 1 pan, stating item not in stock due to over demand. Once maybe? Twice suggests taking and accepting orders for stock they do not have, this is very bad!!!!! If you expect to receive the item/s next day, at point of ordering, proceed with caution. Lesson finally learned, I will not use again. Two stars given to acknowledge the speed it took after placing order to tell me the item was out of stock and they would keep me in the loop! This seems to be a recurring theme of complaints….. buyer beware
