Our lamp arrived in record time & as advertised. We couldn't be happier. Using their coupon code on an item already on sale was a nice touch.
Ordered an item that was discounted then got a cancellation email for that item. There was no explanation in the email. I had to then call a representative for them to explain to me that the item was priced improperly.

I have not received my two orders from Kichlerlighting Experts and its been over a week on a two day shipping guarantee. They honored their two day shipping guarantee with the 25 dollar refund. May I recommend to them to change shippers from FedEx to UPS a more reliable shipper.

We purchased 2 Kichler outdoor floor lights (9040BK). To replace the bulbs, 2 awkwardly located screws must be removed. Yes, I lost one. What surprised me is that the screws are not a common thread size, that I can't buy replacements through Kichler and that Kichler can't tell me what the thread size is. Lights: $200 each. Screws: priceless.

Unbelievable service, order part and had in two days.
Ordering and delivery of our light fixture went quite well, no issues there. Quality of the fixture was excellent. Only concern I had was the installation instructions seemed unnecessarily complicated and could have used better illustrations. In fact one exploded drawing showed a nut on the wrong side of a hanging plate. Also had trouble finding out what light bulb wattage was recommended. Finally found it on the shipping label on the overpack. Not showstoppers but maybe a little more attention could be thrown on these.
