I received my purchase with the glass globe in 1000 pieces. It had been left at my front door by FedX, and I have no idea at what point the accident happened, certainly before I picked it up. .I was told I had to send pictures and so waited for my son to handle this for me. The pictures have been sent; i hope this resolves my problem; the whole experience was very awkward and made me realize one doesn't order glass fixtures over the internet. We chose to buy locally.
Website described our chandelier accurately. It arrived quickly and is high quality.
The look of the fixture is fantastic, did not come with the 50 watt bulbs that is required to hang the fixture and Plug & Play which it did not explain when ordering that I needed to buy the bulbs separately. And the glass that comes with the fixture fit is not 100% Shield which allows small bugs to get into which means I have to take it apart and clean it probably once a week.

I would like to give you 5 stars but I ordered two lights from you guys and both were to be shipped via FedEx 2-Day per my order and your $25 money-back guarantee. After my order was complete, I received email notification from you that both were shipped 2-Day with the same tracking number. The worst part is that the tracking number you claimed was for both packages was for ONLY one package. So, I had to call FedEx to figure out where my second package was. It arrived 5 days after the order. Otherwise, I think the product is great.
I received my chandliar in two days which I did not expect, couldn't have been happier with the delivery. I had it installed recently and it is gorgeous! Fits perfectly over my dinning room table. Great price too!
